Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. The carrier is selected at the time of shipment based on the best rate and delivery time for your location.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return:

1. Email support@vipergoods.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
